What is the check-in and check-out process like?
Check-in is simple and convenient with our self-check-in process. You’ll receive a key code to access the house. Check-out is equally easy—just text the owners when you leave and follow any instructions left in the welcome folder.
Is parking available at the Retreat?
Yes, we offer 2 free parking for our guests. There’s a parking area directly behind the house for your convenience, and additional street parking is also available in front of the house if needed.
Is the Retreat rental pet-friendly?
Yes, we welcome pets! We understand that pets are part of the family, so we offer a pet-friendly environment. However, we do ask that you let us know in advance if you’re bringing a pet and follow our pet policy for a smooth stay.
How many people can you accommodate?
Our short-term rental can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests, with 2 bedrooms and 1 1/2 bathrooms. It’s perfect for couples, families, or small groups looking for a cozy place to stay in Madison.
